Welcome to Reduce by Half, a new podcast from Lake Geneva Country Meats and hosted by Nick Vorpagel, our resident food guy. Reduce by Half is a podcast that will be published on the first and third Thursday of each month. Each episode will feature a bit about a recipe or food topic, a wine, beer or other drink pairing and share a little bit of culture and history. We hope this podcast will be an entertaining way to share more information about food and what makes food fun!
