Texas Smoked Brisket
Central Texas BBQ is based on simple ingredients – brisket, salt and pepper. The process takes a while, but you’ll have a delicious brisket at the end. Don’t splurge on fancy rubs or sauces, just use what the beef gives you. Here’s our recipe for you to use at home – remember, each brisket is different, so don’t make the brisket work on your schedule, plan on being on the brisket’s schedule!
