Spice up your New Year with a meal plan full of recipes that feature a little bit of a kick. I love a good spicy recipe, so why not feature a bunch of recipes that give you the option to enjoy a little heat in the otherwise chilly time of year.

To start off your spicy week, I’m going with chicken.  Both of these recipes are so so delish and you all know I love chicken (if you’ve been around here for awhile!).

It’s Tuesday and you all know what that means.  Yup, it’s taco time.  And for our favorite day of my favorite spicy week, we’re sharing two different chipotle tacos for you to try.  Option one will give you smokey flavors, while option two offers spicy with a hint of sweet.

When it comes to spicy seafood, we have a few options for you to try.  You know how important seafood is in creole and cajun cooking, so our spicy-week recipe options offer the best of those flavors – one with shrimp and one with salmon.

Wild card gameday calls for chorizo two ways!  I vote that you don’t have to choose and, instead, try both!  Dip and chorizo bites are both perfect to enjoy while watching some football. So sit back, relax and enjoy some chorizo goodness.
