Monday – chicken Wings
Chicken wings are a fun way to start the week. These recipes are classics that we’ve been making for years. And our Chief Meat Ambassador, Kim, even shares one of her favorite ways to make wings – a great insiders look!
Tuesday – Shredded Beef Taco Tuesday
Don’t mind the pictures from the Southwest beef wraps. While the pictures are finely-aged :), the meal remains delicious!
Wednesday – Slow cooker
To get through that mid-week slump, how about an easy slow cooker meal. Both meals are easy, affordable chicken dishes that the family will love (especially bacon ranch chicken!) Yesterday, my 2 year old came home requesting bacon for dinner, so I know that one would be a winner!
Thursday – Leftovers
We’ve made a lot of great food already this week, and you probably have some of it leftover. Take a night off from cooking and enjoy your leftovers, or enjoy a meal from one of our great local restaurants.

Friday – Mahi Mahi
I always love Mahi as a kind of refreshing fish option. It pairs great with bright citrus flavors so I usually opt for something similar to a mango salsa. If you’re more a classic fish topping person, try a simple lemon butter sauce and you won’t be disappointed.
Saturday – Grilled steak
How about grilling up some meat this Saturday! If you haven’t tried it yet, we highly recommend trying a coffee rub on your steak for deep, roasty flavors. If you need a quick and easy, steak then check out our recipe for a grilled top blade!
Sunday – pulled/shredded pork
It’s time for pork and we love to get creative with flavors. Prep a pork shoulder, cook it low and slow and enjoy it in any number of ways – as a sandwich, a taco or even on a salad!
