Weekly Meal Plan | March 29 – April 4, 2021

Weekly Meal Plan

Happy Easter week friends!  This week, we’ve got a few recipes you can include as part of your Easter celebration and plenty for you to eat leading up to it.  Let’s get cooking!

6 meals for the whole week

Monday – Top Butt

Can we say that today’s recipes are all about beef tidbits?  Haha, yes, I went there.  Small bites of beef.  You wouldn’t necessarily think of that when I say top butt, but these two recipes make for great weeknight options with a top butt steak.

Tuesday – Fajitas

Taco Tuesday is pretty straight-forward this week.  This week is all about fajitas.  You can simply opt for chicken fajitas and go the simple route.  Classic, but delicious.  OR, you can kick up your fajita game and go with mac and cheese.

Wednesday – Pork Tenderloin

I always opt for Asian flavors, so this week, I’m going to try something new and go for a honey whiskey bbq pork tenderloin.  This is a slow cooker recipe that I can definitely appreciate in the middle of a busy work week!

Thursday – Leftovers

We’ve made a lot of great food already this week, and you probably have some of it leftover. Take a night off from cooking and enjoy your leftovers, or enjoy a meal from one of our great local restaurants.

This seems like a good time to ask – would you like to receive an email every time we publish a new meal plan? If you would, just fill out the form below!

Friday – Salmon

You can’t go wrong with salmon, but if you’re not feeling fish tonight, these are two great recipes to keep on hand if you’d like to add salmon to your Easter brunch menu.

Saturday – Eggs

We can’t have an Easter week menu plan and not talk about eggs!  And if you’re my family, deviled eggs are 100% on the menu for Easter Sunday.  If deviled eggs aren’t your style, add some egg cups.  Always a great option for protein and a good quick breakfast.

Sunday – Ham

Happy Easter!  Based on sales, we’re assuming many of you are eating ham today.  And thanks a bunch if you chose to get it at LGCM.  No matter where you got your ham, we wanted to give you one of our favorite ham glaze recipes and share a simple how-to for ham cooking in case you needed a refresher.

We hope you’ve had a great week and a Happy Easter with your family.  If you need any more menu inspiration, you can find previous week’s meal plans below!
