It’s always great to start the week with a sale and pork shoulder is on sale this week! It’s a super affordable way to feed a family and these are just two ways you can use a pork shoulder to make a tasty meal!
Wednesday – Slow Cooker Beef
Another affordable meat option for these mid-week meals; beef stew meat. Both of these recipes are made in the slow cooker and feature delicious Asian flavors.
Thursday – Leftovers
We’ve made a lot of great food already this week, and you probably have some of it leftover. Take a night off from cooking and enjoy your leftovers, or enjoy a meal from one of our great local restaurants.

Saturday – Back Ribs
It’s BBQ week at LGCM and ribs are the way to go. We can think of no better Saturday dinner than ribs. You are probably used to cooking pork ribs but have you tried beef ribs yet? They will be a new tasty challenge for you, if you’re up for it!
Sunday – Beef Tenderloin
It’s a ‘treat yo’ self’ Sunday with two tenderloin recipes. We’re here to say that you can enjoy a tasty wellington anytime of the year and think these individual wellingtons would be the perfect dinner party treat!
