Our BBQ & Cheddar Cheese Bratwurst is a sweet, smokey, gooey treat that we make on a limited basis.
This pork and beef sausage is stuffed with Wisconsin Cheddar cheese, and seasoned with a dry barbecue blend as well as our LGCM Sweet & Tangy Barbecue Sauce. You’ll get some sweet barbecue flavors with a touch of smoke and then bites of delicious cheddar. It’s not necessarily our most “sophisticated” bratwurst flavor, but it sure is yummy!
