If you love chili, but don’t have time to make a batch, we have the solution – chili brats! These pork and beef bratwursts are seasoned with a medium-spicy chili spice blend, then stuffed with cheddar cheese. They’re some of our favorite limited edition sausages and come in approximate quarter pound links.
Our Chili Brats are delicious in a bun without any toppings, or you can turn them into one of these sausage creations:
- Top the sausage with ready made chili, sour cream, green onion, and shredded cheddar cheese for an over-the-top delicious chili cheese dog!
- Cook the brats, then cut them into small slices. Add a slice or two, along with a spoonful of canned tomatoes and chilis to a Frito’s bag for a walking chili meal on the go. Top with cheddar cheese and sour cream if you like!
- Cook the brats, then remove the meat and cheese from the casing. Scoop the meat and cheese, along with a spoonful of canned tomatoes and chilis on top of a prepared dough circle. Close the dough up into an empanada, and bake until the dough is cooked through for a tasty chili empanada!
