If you love our award- winning chorizo sausage, you need to try our green chili chorizo. This is a limited availability sausage, and when we make it, it usually sells fast!
This is an all-pork sausage that we season with chopped roasted green chili peppers, cilantro, vinegar, and lemon zest. The end result is a beautiful combination of bright, tangy flavors with moderate spiciness, and smoky notes from the roasted peppers. If you enjoy salsa verde, you will probably like this sausage. It’s available in quarter pound links that are easy to grill and serve on a bun (or tortilla) and top with salsa verde or pickled jalapeños and enjoy.
