Smoked Cheddarwurst

This sausage creation combines two of Wisconsin’s best traditions; bratwurst and cheese! To make this Wisconsin treat, we take our Traditional Bratwurst and add a helping of Wisconsin Cheddar Cheese. After we add the cheese, we give this bratwurst some time in our own hardwood smoke smokehouse to add an old-world smoky flavor to the brat and make it just that extra bit more delicious. Feel free to soak this bratwurst in Wisconsin’s other great tradition (beer) before cooking it over medium heat.
