When local companies work together, great things can happen. We acquire mushrooms from our neighbors, River Valley Ranch and stuff them into a bratwurst along with a Wisconsin made Swiss cheese. The result is a flavor packed beef and pork sausage filled with bites of delicious mushrooms and gooey Swiss cheese. If you like mushrooms, you have to try this bratwurst!
